Web interface
Compatible with the main operating systems, browsers and devices. Layout, menus and commands can be customised per user or group, taking the device into account.

Search
Search across all profile fields, attachment names and notes. Saved quick searches, views with filters and a customisable results grid, plus full-text search inside archived documents through the OCR service.
Remote digital signature
Documents archived in ARXivar can be signed with a qualified digital signature, without smart cards or USB tokens.
ARXLink sharing
Archived documents can be sent directly from the platform.
Confidentiality management
You decide which users or groups can modify or share profiles and documents within each document class.
Templates
Company templates for recurring document types (letterhead, work reports) produce standardised, shared documentation.
Workflow management
ARXivar is a Workflow Management System: it provides a graphical modeller to define the stages of business processes and a customisable user interface that guides people through their assigned activities.
Electronic invoicing — outbound cycle
The invoice recorded in SAP Business One is archived in the document system and sent to ARXivar IX, which handles submission to the Italian Revenue Agency.
Electronic invoicing — inbound cycle
The list of invoices received in ARXivar IX is carried into SAP Business One, which creates the supplier invoice: confirming the entry archives them in the document system with their PDFs.
