www.mtf-srl.com, pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003
(Personal Data Protection Code) and to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), as
interpreted by the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on cookies
and other tracking tools.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website sends to the user’s device, where they are stored and then sent back to the site on the next visit. They are used, for example, to keep a session active, to remember user preferences or — in the case of profiling cookies — to reconstruct browsing habits in order to display targeted advertising.
2. Cookies used by this website
This website does not install any cookies.
The site consists of static pages: it does not open sessions, does not store
preferences on the user’s device and does not use the browser’s local storage
technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage). Accordingly:
- there are no technical or session cookies;
- there are no analytics cookies, first- or third-party;
- there are no profiling, remarketing or advertising cookies;
- no social network buttons or widgets are embedded, which would install their own cookies.
For this reason the site does not display a consent banner: there is no processing for which consent is required under Article 122 of the Code.
3. Resources loaded from third parties
For typography, the website loads the Inter typeface from the rsms.me service.
When the browser requests that resource, the server hosting it receives the
visitor’s IP address and the technical data inherent to the connection. This
service does not install cookies and MTF receives no data from the request.
The site is published through the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the technical data inherent to every connection (IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type) for security and service continuity purposes, without installing cookies on the user’s device.
4. Contact form
Submitting the contact form does not involve installing cookies. The data transmitted with the form, retention periods and the parties involved are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to manage cookies in your browser
Even though this site installs none, users can configure their browser at any time to block or delete cookies from the websites they visit. Up-to-date instructions are published by the browser vendors:
Blocking cookies does not affect browsing this website in any way.
